Email us at papometro@two9.com.br. Include your iPhone model and the app version (at the top of Settings in the app). Never send the chat itself.

How to export a chat

1. In WhatsApp, open the chat with the person or the group.
2. Tap the name at the top and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Export Chat and choose Without Media.
4. Pick Papômetro. If it isn't there, tap More or Save to Files, then use Import Chat in the app.

Common problems

"This file doesn't look like a chat exported from WhatsApp"

Export it again following the steps above. The app reads the .zip or .txt file WhatsApp creates, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

"This file is too big"

Export without media. Voice messages and photos still count toward the stats.

I paid, but the full edition didn't unlock

In the app, go to Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you paid with.

I want to cancel my subscription or get a refund

Cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I want to delete my data

In the app, go to Settings › Delete All Editions. Nothing ever leaves your iPhone, so deleting there or uninstalling the app erases everything.
